285 Hz: This healing frequency assists in tissue and organ repair, aiding the body in its natural healing processes.

Reiki Attuned:

The tea has been charged with Reiki energy to enhance its healing properties and promote holistic wellness.

Directions:

1. Begin by boiling water in a kettle or pot. Measure out 8 to 16 ounces of water, depending on how strong you would like the tea to be. For milder, stick closer to 8 ounces; for stronger, opt for 16 ounces.

2. Once the water has reached a rolling boil, carefully pour it over 1 tablespoon of the tea blend or place 1 tea bag in a heatproof container. Be sure to use a container that can withstand hot temperatures, such as a glass or ceramic cup.

3. Allow the tea to steep for 20 minutes. This timeframe ensures that the flavors and beneficial properties of the herbs are fully extracted. Cover the container during this time to retain heat and maximize infusion.

4. After the steeping period, remove the tea bag or strain out the herbs if using loose tea. Allow the tea to cool to a comfortable temperature. When ready, use the tea as a mouthwash. Swish it around in your mouth for up to 1 minute to help support oral health.

5. While the tea is steeping, you can engage in a mindfulness practice. Gently place your hands over the steeping tea and recite any of the following affirmations to promote positive energy and well-being:

- "The circulation around my mouth is vibrant and vigorous, fostering a sense of well-being and ensuring that my oral tissues receive the nutrients they need."

- "My teeth are strong and gleaming, while my gums are firm and healthy, reflecting a commitment to excellent dental care."

- "I actively take steps to enhance the health and vitality of my teeth and gums, incorporating effective practices into my daily routine."

- "I express my thoughts and feelings with confidence and clarity, allowing me to communicate my truth effortlessly and authentically."

- "My teeth and gums consistently feel wonderful, providing a sensation of freshness and comfort that contributes to my overall health."

6. If you have any leftover tea, you can store it in the refrigerator for a few days, making it easy to use at a later time. Just be sure to reheat gently before using it again.

Important Note: Always consult with your doctor or dentist before incorporating any herbal tea into your routine, especially if you have existing health concerns or are on medication.
